Sooo, today is a big day guys. It seems like just a few weeks ago I was telling you guys that I was FINALLY 3 months seizure free. Where has the time gone, guys? These past 3 months have really flown by.
Today I’m telling you guys that I’ve finally made it. 6. FREAKING. MONTHS. SEIZURE. FREE. This day means SO many things, but mostly its just happiness. I’ve been looking forward to this day for, oh I don’t know…YEARS. I know that I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for our new diet choices. So in celebration, I’m sharing with you, the thank you note that I have written to the creator of Whole 30, Melissa Hartwig:
Happy New Year, guys! 💥💥 Can you believe its 2018? I literally remember when it was turning from 1999 to 2000 and we all thought that the world was going to end because the computers would malfunction. And look at us now…just thriving. 💪🏻
Anyway, since it IS 2018, I wanted to share some of my goals for this year with y’all. I didn’t make a fancy vision board as some people do. (Confession: I actually just found out recently that vision boards are a REAL thing. 😳 I thought that vision boards were a figurative thing? Like oh, ‘I’m going to put all of my goals on this figurative goal!’ But, come to find out, there is typically an actual board involved. Or some fancy people do make them on the computer.)
